Disable WYSIWYG editor - Magento 2
In default, WYSIWYG editor is enabled in Magento 2 content area.
There is option to disable WYSIWYG editor in configuration.
Go to Store » Settings » Configuration
Then select General » Content Management
There is option to disable WYSIWYG editor.
